1 Free Members agree to include the HTML code provided by IGENIC for displaying banner ads on their web site. No part of this code may be modified without the written consent of IGENIC.
2 A banner that appears on your site at any time may be a banner for another member, for a sponsor, or for IGENIC.
3 IGENIC reserves the right to not accept any advertisement from entities IGENIC determine to be inappropriate. We do not accept sites (or banners) that have:
(i) Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
(ii) Pornography, adult, or mature content
(iii)Hacking/cracking content
(iv) Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
(v) Excessive profanity
(vi) Gambling or casino-related content
(vii) Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
(viii) Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
(ix) Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
(x) Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
(xi) Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
(xii) Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others
(xiii) Animated banners are not allowed.
(xiv) We are currently accepting the websites which are fully hosted on TLD's only.
4 Publisher's code must be pasted on page in such a way that it should be appear completely in website's/webpage's html source code.
5 Every banner comes with separate publisher code. Every publisher code representing a single banner and every single banner is pointing to a separate url. This means that publisher code for www.example .com and www.example.com/blog can never be same and system will count the banners of these 2 urls as 2 separate entities for our system so if you will paste the code of www.example.com/blog into www.example.com then system will deactivate the banner for www.example.com if will not found the generic publisher code of its own under this url.
6 A member may cancel their participation in IGENIC by notifying IGENIC by sending e-mail to .
7 All IGENIC banners must be placed on such location that the the banner is easily visible.
8 IGENIC also reserves the right to refuse to continue membership to any web site in the IGENIC advertising network that contains hate groups, illegal activities, is offensive or for any other reason.
9 IGENIC retains all rights to the IGENIC name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information. No part of the IGENIC website may be re-produced, stored, or distributed without the written consent of IGENIC.
10 The information members provide to IGENIC will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to any outside agency.
11 IGENIC, its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of IGENIC' services.
12 Members agree to use IGENIC at their own risk.
13 IGENIC makes every effort to verify and maintain a high standard of quality for our services, but IGENIC does not make any guarantees regarding the dependability, or accuracy of IGENIC' services.
14 IGENIC reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary. It is the member's responsibility to keep current with changes in the Terms and Conditions, since changes are effective for all members, regardless of when member joined.
